Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the judo.kg website of the National Judo Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic (the “Federation”) receives, why, and how it is used. We follow the personal data legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. What we do not collect

The site uses no cookies, analytics counters, advertising or other tracking scripts. Fonts, scripts and images are served only from our own server, so information about your visit is not shared with third-party services.

2. What data is processed

Web server technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page address and browser type. They are used to protect the site from attacks and to fix problems, and are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Contact form data — name, phone or email, topic and message — only if you submit the form yourself.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use contact form data only to reply to your request: advice, joining a class, questions about competitions, refereeing or partnership. The legal basis is your consent, which you confirm with the checkbox in the form.

4. Storage and security

All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Your message is delivered to the Federation’s official email address, which only authorised staff can access. Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply, and no longer than one year.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where expressly required by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Links to Instagram, maps and partner websites lead to external resources governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to judo-fkgz@mail.ru and we will reply within a reasonable time.
